I always use Sky Scanner for questions like this – its by far the best way to find cheap flights and deals from all airports around the world
Check it out here:

Hope this helps
The best time is from Tuesday to Thursday and the cheapest month to purchase are usually February – May and September and October. However, I am curious as to how you are going to book your travel. Did you know that when you book with a local travel agent, or online with a over advertised site or airline, you are being their unpaid travel agent. If you, your friends and family are going to travel, then why not have your own travel website and enjoy the benefits. While a vacation is nice, a paycation is even better. Finding out more info and how to contact me is easy.
The earlier you book, the better deal you can usually get. This site lists great cheap travel sites: http://www.travelbargainsites.com One site compares all the airlines for the cheapest flight.
